Description
When choosing your belt buckle, be certain the buckle width matches the width your belt. All of our measurements are expressed in inches. The prefix number in the buckle description equals the width of the belt that particular buckle will accommodate. For example, a 1¼ inch belt would require a buckle with a prefix of 1.25 which is the decimal equivalent of 1¼ inches. Note: The nominal width of the belt will measure slightly less than the buckle because there must be clearance between the belt and buckle to prevent the buckle from rubbing the edges and destroying them.
All of our stock belt buckles are solid brass. Unless otherwise noted, the optional buckles are plated on various base metals. The country of origin may be listed in the buckle description or stamped on the buckle.
