Return, Exchange, Shipping Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any in stock product that you received from Alligator Leather Buy Kinnamon you may receive an exchange, upgrade or a full refund. The Item(s) must be returned to our facility within 30 days of the purchase date and in the unused and new condition in which the item(s) was received. The item(s) must be returned in their original box and insured for your protection. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. A note with the reason for the return or exchange, your instructions, phone number and a copy of the original invoice should be in the box. In order to ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item(s) immediately upon deciding that you do not wish to keep it. The refund will be credited to the purchasers account as soon as possible. The additional cost of an upgrade must be paid before the new product is shipped. Shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded. We do not generate any in-house handling, processing or restocking fees. Special order and custom products are not exchangeable or refundable.

GIFTS: Several fortunate people receive our products as gifts and the above policies apply. We will make direct exchanges or upgrades with the gift recipient. If a refund is requested, the refund will be credited to the purchaser and not the gift recipient.

If your shipment was damaged in transit, please have the delivery person document the damage, on the freight bill, before you sign it. The carrier is responsible for all damages incurred during transit and all claims that occurred at this time must be made to the carrier. Alligator Leather Buy Kinnamon is not responsible for damages incurred in transit.

After an order has been placed, most of our in stock items are shipped by the end of the next working day. Custom belts, unless a rush order has been placed, are ordinarily shipped within 5 to 10 working days. Special orders that are not manufactured at our location take considerably longer.

When placing an order, Our United Parcel Service (UPS) ground delivery is available in either an insured signature required or no insurance, no signature required delivery. In the no insurance, no signature delivery you, the purchaser, would assume the liability for any loss or damage that may occur.
